Yoga for Your Feet
We often ignore our feet until they hurt, despite the fact that they do so much for us as we move through our daily lives. Now is the time for you to give back to your feet! This practice takes you through four main foot exercises - foot massage, toe spreading and ankle mobility, calf raises for better ankle and toe mobility, and finally a calf and top of the foot stretch. Feel free to spread out this practice over a few days, especially if you're new to foot exercises or if your feet are particularly sensitive or painful. A little foot work every day goes a long way to helping you move and feel better.
