Basically, you'll create the branch circuit not through a central junction box, but directly through the switch itself. This branch could also be made through the light fixture's junction box. The key is to know your wiring diagram so you know how to connect the correct wires to the right two-way switches. Two-way switches are essential for many rooms in your home and aren't very difficult to install.
