Back in Sydney, our day started with breakfast at Mase Café, a place that is not about food only, it is where the customers become family. The menu is impressive, a mix of flavors with Mediterranean colors, and modern simple Lebanese dishes. I felt blessed to visit our Lady of Lebanon Harissa for the first time, and had a Manouche from their bakery “5 loaves”. “Boston Doughnuts” opened 6 months ago, they bake Australia’s biggest doughnut, it is one of the finest doughnuts I have ever had in my life, even tastier than the American. An unexpected visit to the fish market at Bass Hill Plaza Mall, owned by a Lebanese family from Elmina Tripoli 13 years ago, they serve fresh and cooked fish. The Opera Bar is a famous spot in Sydney where you can have a drink and enjoy the sunset by the harbor while starring at the Opera House.
