Ingredients: • 1 kg of mushrooms; • 1 carrot; • 1 large onion; • 4 cloves of garlic; • a bunch of parsley; • a little celery; • 150 ml of soy sauce; • 50 g of butter; • oil or lard for frying; • salt and pepper to taste. Preparation steps: 1. Rinse the mushrooms well. 2. Cut 600 g of mushrooms into slices and dry in a dehydrator or oven. 3. Grind dried mushrooms to a powder. 4. Grate carrots, finely chop onion and garlic. 5. Fry 400 g of mushrooms in oil until moisture evaporates. 6. Add butter, mushroom powder and soy sauce. 7. Fry onions, carrots, garlic and celery separately. 8. Grind vegetable stew with a blender. 9. Mix all ingredients together with herbs. 10. Divide the mass into molds and freeze. Such mushroom cubes perfectly saturate broth, add a bright taste and aroma of real mushrooms to dishes. Store them in the freezer and use as needed.
