My Hair Loss & Hopefully Recovery Journey: Causes & What I'm Doing About It

Hey friends! Today I want to share a bit about my recent hair loss development. While I have always had fine, thinner hair, I have never dealt with significant hair loss, outside of my trichotillomania that I dealt with as a child. However, over the past couple of years a few things started happening both internally and externally that have cause my hair to begin to fall out by the handfuls each day. This is not normal for me at all. I don't have much to lose thanks to my natural hair type so I am beginning a journey of trying to address this issue and hopefully correct it. I don't think I am ready to commit to being bald so I am going to "throw the kitchen sink" at this issue and take you guys along on the journey. I think the combination of stress and perimenopause taking hold are two contributing factors so I am talking to my physician about this as well.
