Our weekend away was really focused on Malmsbury but the accommodation and facilities were much better in Woodend so we decided to stay in Woodend instead. We were pleasantly surprised at how interesting the town was and here is a video highlighting our stay. Only one hour from Melbourne, this is an ideal town that is commutable to the big city whilst giving residents the best of country living.
