11 Days to Comrades: Charlie Lawrence's Last Big Session | On The Laces
50-Mile World Record holder Charlie Lawrence is just 11 days away from the Comrades in South Africa, and the work is nearly done. Back in Colorado, Charlie completed one final key workout before fully committing to the taper: 2K hill climbs up with 259 feet of elevation gain, 2K down, then 1K up and down repeats, 2x1K on the track, 4x400 hill reps, and 4x200 to finish. No shortcuts. No fitness left untapped. The session confirmed what the training block has been building toward. The climbs were strong, the track splits were sharp, and the fitness is there. Watch Episode 3 of Charlie Lawrence's road to Comrades and subscribe to the Stryd YouTube channel for more of the On The Laces series.
