The Difference Between Folk and Country Music
American Folk music and Country music share similar origins and, thus, can sometimes have a similar sound. Hopefully this video helps to clarify what makes a Country song a 'Country song' and a Folk song a 'Folk song'. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the copyright owners who claimed and blocked this video the last four times I uploaded it. Hopefully this time, the fair use laws will be respected and I will be left alone. Credit to 'Honest John' for the clip at the end: • Honest John - Folk Vs. Country
