The plaintiff used to date the defendant, but since they’ve broken up, he’s reportedly racked up $5,000 on a credit card the plaintiff opened and has refused to pay him back. The plaintiff is suing to get his money back, as well as for lost wages. The defendant says he paid off the credit card and has a restraining order against the plaintiff due to harassment issues.
