[OUTDATED] Twisted Metal: The BLACK Sequel That Never Was (Part 1)

This not only streamlines elements from part 1 & 2, but also some NEW INFO, and more importantly: New gameplay as the late build is not only dumped (which was 3 years ago), but recently it becomes playable on PCSX2. Originally, this was going to be a remake of the Fan-Made DYKG video, but being it's own thing, but that shifted to something more original. I'm always fascinated on lost & cancelled games that was never released. Twisted Metal: Harbor City came to my attention back when I was working on the DYKG video, back in 2014. I was quite interested on the game and I wanted info about it, but sadly this is one of these games that's likely lost forever. Although Twisted Metal: Lost had the remaining levels (although stripped down to be individual levels), load of screenshots & even pre-alpha gameplay was shown, there are still questions left unanswered, even ones that I missed out.
