The Hulk mod allows the hulk to do many actions such as the thunderclap, and powerful punching. The hulk is well known based off the incredible hulk movie and comic series. Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA 4) was released by Rockstar Games back in 2008. It has many modifications/mods made for it (especially the PC version).
