Coach Bennett Got Me to 5k on the Nike Run Club App! New Runner to 10k - Week 2

Can a mere meatloaf run a 10k? I am a new runner trying out the NRC App. This week we continue on to week 2 of the 10k training program via the app. Apologies for the late upload. Ran into some issues with editing, got a little sick, then rolled my ankle. The injury wasn't too bad and happened after I finished week 2, so it has only affect my week 3 training. Other than that, this week was great, learned a lot, and most importantly, the NRC app got me running and progressing toward my goal. There are 8 weeks total with this program with 5 runs each week.
