Add half the amount of water 2. Add the 4L of Lauryl 3. Add the Amide 60 4. Add the Neutral Base T90 and stir well until completely dissolved (No residue of base should remain in the formulation) 5. After all the base has dissolved, add the Polipon Thickener 6. Add the Isoblend Preservative 7.
