Travel Vlog : Safari in Southern Kruger via Biyamiti Bush Camp - Part 1

A trip to Kruger Park is always exciting. This time we are entering at Orpen Gate and will be sleeping over in the southern region of the Park at Biyamiti Bush Camp. Kruger Bush Camps are a favourite with us as there are no shops and fuel stations in the camps. Only overnight guests may use the access road to the camp, as well as enter the camp. These camps are quiet and filled with an atmosphere of the African Bush. Nothing is better than a self-drive safari in the Kruger. You get to schedule your own day, drive the roads you want, drive the whole day long if you wish, park your vehicle in the shade of a tree and take a nap, look at a sighting or bird for as long as you like - a private safari indeed. Come along and explore the southern region of Kruger Park with us! A necessity on a safari or game drive, is a pair of binoculars. I have found that Nikon binoculars are an excellent choice : https://amzn.to/3rUdcaY It is pitch dark in the middle of the bush at night - a bright spotlight is a must. Choose a rechargeable model. https://amzn.to/3kvNYxa I used my iPhone 11Pro for the video. It is always at hand, lightweight, and takes 4K videos! https://amzn.to/3s8DwyK Informative reading material about wild animals of the African bush and their behaviour : Wild Ways : https://amzn.to/3rXA9u7 For interesting info on wild animals in the African bush and answers to questions often asked : Game Ranger in your Backpack : https://amzn.to/2NuRv2c
