Hans Kammler was the overall project manager, and Karl Fibinger planned the facility, just like in Jonastal, Special Construction Project III. However, there are significant differences in the Jonas Valley. Although the construction time is almost the same and the workforce was available, nothing can be found in the Jonas Valley other than 25 tunnels that run straight into the mountain.
