On the 20th, one day before BTS's comeback, the Associated Press (AP) released a video capturing the atmosphere in Gwanghwamun and Yeouido, Seoul. Fans from around the world gathered in Yeouido, Seoul, to hold a fan event to support and celebrate BTS's return. Marta Corona from Poland expressed her excitement, stating, "This is the first time I have seen a BTS concert in person since the 2019 London concert." She also remarked, "This performance will showcase not only 'love' but also Korean culture in greater depth." Dalila Di Tullio from Italy described the concert as "the comeback of the century that the whole world is looking forward to." Countless fans gathered in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, where the BTS performance was taking place, and took commemorative photos. Minister of the Interior and Safety Yun Ho-joong visited the site and received a briefing on safety and crowd management measures. AP reported that authorities are blocking roads and restricting subway operations at some stations as approximately 240,000 people are expected to watch the concert via temporary screens installed in nearby areas, in addition to the about 20,000 paying audience members at the BTS concert venue.
