Premodern Deck Tech: Fires

This time I take a look at the super sweet Fires decks from ye olde Type II. This thing is almost old enough to drink. But it is sweet and is a slightly different take on beatdown decks. At times, it even felt like playing a combo deck or cheating, honestly. When Fires drew those great hands, many players often called it "The Fix". Basically, haxx. The false dichotomy of speed or power, you can have both with this deck. Is it time for Fires to burn again? (ya it is)
