आज Dr Jay Mehta इस वीडियो में Fertility test for couples इस बारेमें विस्तार में बताते है । Infertility यह किसी एक की समस्या ना होते हुए , couple की समस्या है इसलिए male और female partner दोनों के टेस्ट्स करना बोहोत ही जरुरी है। तो सबसे पहले हम male पार्टनर केलिए infertility tests के बारेमें बात करेंगे। Male fertility test Semen Analysis जिसमे स्पर्म की जांच की जाती है। इसमें तीन दिन सम्बन्ध रखे बिना जब mastrubation से sample दिया जाता है तब 30 minute से पहले sample को process करना चाहिए। इसमें तीन महत्वपूर्ण चीज़े देखि जाती है Sperm Count - जो 15 million/ml से ज्यादा होना चाहिए। Sperm Motility - यह ४०% से ज्यादा होनी चाहिए। Sperm morphology - ४% से ज्यादा स्पर्म की morphology अच्छी होनी चाहिए। Advance test for male infertility Sperm DNA Fragmetation - यह हर couple को recommend नहीं किया जाता। Semen analysis यह किसी भी lab में किया जा सकता है यह काफी सामान्य test है। Female fertility test कोई भी female में pregnant होने से पहले यह जानना जरुरी है की प्रेग्नेंट होने केलिए uterus , fallopian tube और ovaries नार्मल होना बोहोत जरुरी है। उसके साथ ही महिला के mestrual cycle , उम्र और वजन यह तीन चीज़े बोहोत मायने रखती है -AMH test , tyroid और prolactin -USG pelvis - uterus की जांच करने केलिए एक ultrasound भी किया जाता है। -Xray या ultrasound के माध्यम से fallopian tubes की जांच की जाती है। अगर X-ray के माध्यम से करे तो उसे HSG और sonography के माध्यम से करते है तो उसे SSG कहा जाता है। जिसमे पता चलता है की fallopian tube खुला है या नहीं है या उसका structure कैसा है। यह जानना बोहोत जरुरी है की female investigations से पहले male investigations करना काफी जरुरी है। अधिक जानकारी केलिए पूरा वीडियो देखे। For personal correspondence, one can contact on: [email protected] Check out other videos: 1.
