Part 2 Miya's Lady Kizomba Beginner Tech ( Breakdowns Breakthrough )

On this Video, we are working on breaking down the tippy toes practice into our 2nd part of the segment, focusing on creating more pressure on the toes and also work on those muscles on our butts, thighs, and knees. By doing these exercises few times a day, we are able to strengthen those legs so that it will help us to keep our body up and tall without feeling tired, wobbly, and uncentered. Try it and feel the difference. I personally experienced the differences when I understand the segment of our body parts and how to make connections between each part, it allows me to have a deeper understanding of how movement works.
