Founder of Kokushijuku During his university years, he studied under both Professor Toshio Nishi, a visiting professor at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, who was the first in the world to decipher classified documents detailing America's post-war policies toward Japan in the basement of the U.S. National Library on the day they were declassified, and international political scientist Genki Fujii. At the age of 20, he participated in a campaign to invite former Taiwanese President Lee Teng-hui to Japan, building connections with politicians and commentators (though the visit was thwarted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time). After graduating from university, he became a former professional musician, leading a rock band based in Tokyo that performed nearly 120 live shows a year nationwide. He was featured in numerous TV, radio, and magazine media outlets, and even opened for a major American artist during their Japan tour. He performed over 500 times and made his major debut, but after his father fell ill, he abandoned his musical career, returned to Nagoya, and took a job at a general company. In 2010, he encountered coaching and Adlerian psychology, discovered his life's mission, and decided to dedicate the rest of his life to helping others. In 2011, a few days after the Great East Japan Earthquake, he resigned from his company and traveled to Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures, commuting back and forth between Nagoya and Fukushima for several years, engaging in volunteer work for reconstruction support. In the same year, just 11 months after enrolling in coaching school, she passed the International Coach Federation's (ICF) certified professional coach training instructor exam (the fastest ever). Currently, while serving as the representative of multiple companies and organizations, she gives over 340 lectures and training sessions annually on human resource development, management, leadership, customer satisfaction, sales acquisition, and speech & presentation, and also provides business consulting to various companies, general hospitals, and public interest foundations.
