Tossed to the Curb - Neglected Push String Trimmer

I was driving home and passed a push string trimmer at the end of someone's driveway. It was in rough shape, but the engine rotated and it had compression. How bad can it be? Engine Model: 124T02-0129-B1 Swisher Model: ST65022Q Air Cleaner Gasket: 795629 Crankcase Gasket: 692232 Governor Arm and Bolt: 690783 Governor Bolt: 691119 Governor Nut: 691251 Governor Paddle Retainer: 690340 Governor Paddle Washer: 690272 Governor Paddle: 698801 Oil Seal: 399781S I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
