Dubbed by Sérgio Conceição as "the best nutritionist in the world," Vítor Hugo Teixeira, a former professional at FC Porto, spoke with Sports Tailors. He is currently experiencing a new adventure, working for Al-Ittihad Jeddah, but until very recently he was with the Dragons, where he spent 16 seasons. "The first few weeks after leaving FC Porto were very emotionally painful," he reveals, also discussing his new adventure in Saudi Arabia, shedding some light on the peculiarities he encountered in the Middle East.
