Madhu Chapai is a disciple of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. He was residing disciple at Vrindavan Gurukul, Bhubaneswar from 2017 to 2023. Madhu was a part of ‘World Cultural Festival’, the world’s largest orchestra, over 37,000 artists from around the world performed on the 7-acre stage, organized by Art of Living Foundation at Delhi in March 2016. He also performed in a competition organized by Ravi Kichlu Foundation. Performed in yearly Vrindavan mahostav and have accompanied with Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia in Vrindavan Mahotsav and also had great privilege to share the stage with Panditji at Pondicherry in August 2022. He also has privileged to perform in annual kathak mahotsav in Delhi with kathak exponent Hari and Chethna duo. Recently he also performed with Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasiya in NISER for SPIC MACAY.
