Coney tests chat's resolve by being the middleman between chat and a sinister genie. Essentially, the genie gives chat a deal and it's up to chat whether they should take it. However, every deal has a consequence that chat does not know, of which it is up to the collective mass to decide whether the benefits of the deal outweigh the risk.
