Airplane Loses Engine on takeoff. United Boeing 777 declares MAYDAY at Dulles Airport. Real ATC

13-DEC-2025. A United Airlines Boeing 777-224(ER) (B772), registration N78004, performing flight UAL803 / UA803 from Washington Dulles International Airport, DC (USA) to Tokyo Haneda International Airport (Japan) shortly after takeoff declared an emergency, reported left engine failure and requested return back to the airport of departure. The flight crew decided to dump fuel to reduce the landing weight and entered the holding pattern south of the airport. When the fuel dumping was completed they positioned for the ILS approach runway 1 right. During the roll out the pilots requested to stop on the runway and reported possible blown tire. The airplane stopped on the runway and remained position for about 48 minutes. After that they probably were towed off the runway. HOW I DO VIDEOS: 1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation. 2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need. 3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight. 4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft. 5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route. 6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation). 7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
