We head out to try Khao Soi upon a short nap to recover from the overnight train from Bangkok. Khao Soi is coconut curry soup with noodles. It is a Burmese-influenced dish also popularly consumed in Laos. We then explore the neighborhood filled with temples. In the search for fresh baby coconuts, we encounter Thai street food.
