The radiator is an essential component of your vehicle's cooling system. At times they can get clogged or one of the side tanks can crack, which means it will need replaced. Thankfully, on these GMT800 trucks, it's a straight forward and easy job that you can have done in very little time. Installation of the components is the exact reverse order of their removal, so there are no surprises in store once you get to that portion of the video. I will note that some of the earlier GMT800 trucks (99-04) did not have the dual electric fans, but had a clutch fan, so you will have a few differences in your process, but the basic idea is the same once you get past the clutch fan and shroud for those years. You can upgrade you 99-04 GMT800 to the electric fan set up, and it's actually not that difficult, nor that expensive.
