My husband passed away at the age of 32. The following year, my younger brother committed suicide. My daughter fell unconscious when she was in fifth grade (she later recovered). My father died estranged from me, his daughter, and my granddaughter. After years of rifts with my mother, who suffers from developmental disabilities, I'm now living a peaceful and happy life, completely free of past conflicts. [Rock Bottom Period] Continual sadness and shock... Depression, depersonalization, various physical ailments, vague symptoms... My whole body was messed up, and my mental health was at its worst. I visited psychosomatic and psychiatric clinics and tried various medications. Perhaps the medication caused depersonalization. That triggered me to take anti-anxiety medication for about 18 years. I also took the sleeping pill Myslee at the same time. I tapered and then stopped taking them over the last three years of 2018. Diagnosis and surgery for brain tumor and cervical cancer. Ménière's disease caused by hearing loss in my right ear.
