I thought this is very simple, the key to its deliciousness is to fry. If you like the tender tofu, you can cut it thicker and fry less for a while. If you like the chewy tofu, you can cut it thinner and fry for a little longer. And it is also quick to make marinade, especially you have the old brine. I made two flavors this time, one is the honey stewed fried tofu, which is a traditional taste from Suzhou, the other is the spicy braised fried tofu.
