Kips Bay and Murray Hill, New York Walking Tour

Filming dates: Tuesday January 6th, Wednesday January 7th, 2026 Hello guys and welcome back to another video! I'm sorry that I haven't filmed a video in two months since November, due to the weather in December being bitter cold from an arctic blast/polar vortex and a few snow storms that took place. It was too cold for me to film walking tours last month. The last video I posted was the Gramercy Park video. As of now, I'm back with a long walking tour of Kips Bay and Murray Hill in Manhattan. The Grand Central Terminal is included in this video, which is a tourist attraction and a train terminal where people travel to get on train rides. You can get tickets for a train ride to Upstate New York areas like the Metro-North Railroad, and the Long Island Railroad to train stations in Long Island. Grand Central is similar to Penn Station (another train terminal) and Port Authority (bus terminal). Both Kips Bay and Murray Hill are small developing neighborhoods in Midtown Manhattan with trendy businesses, corporations, some retail stores, upper class communities, a local hospital (NYU Langone Health) etc. There are luxury hotels for tourists to stay, but they're really expensive for them to stay over. I believe when travelers come to New York City, they probably look for hotels in Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, or Long Island to stay over at. Even a portion of residents are struggling to afford rent in the two neighborhoods. The United Nations Headquarters is around the block located on East 45th Street and next to the East River. Kips Bay is bounded next to Murray Hill, Gramercy Park, NoMad, Koreatown, and Midtown South. Murray Hill is located next to Kips Bay, NoMad, and Midtown Manhattan (South side, North side, and East side). There are two Murray Hills in New York: The small neighborhood in Manhattan and the Koreatown neighborhood in Queens next to Flushing. I have been to two Murray Hills in this city. I filmed two videos in Queens' Murray Hill and this long video with another Murray Hill in Manhattan. Stay tuned for more videos coming soon!
