Rippedism Raw. Body weight training. No equipment required. This 35 min workout will hit your total body along with working on your conditioning. Tough interval style HIIT training to get you ripped and in amazing shape with no equipment. Do this workout as the fifth workout of the week in this weekly program. We switch between upper and lower body moves while mixing in core and cardio. 45 secs of work and only 15 secs rest for each move. This one is tough.
