Del Fin del Mundo a la España Medieval | Finisterre, Santiago de Compostela, Peñalba y Valladolid 🇪🇸

We continued our journey through Spain after A Coruña, this time arriving in Finisterre, the place that for centuries was considered the end of the world. We explored the famous Finisterre lighthouse amidst the wind, the geese, and incredible Atlantic landscapes, strolled through the town's port, and sampled the famous puff pastries of Astorga. Afterward, we visited Praia da Langosteira before resting and continuing on to Santiago de Compostela. In Santiago, we took a free tour to learn about the history of the Camino de Santiago, the cathedral, and one of the most important cities in Europe for pilgrims. Then we traveled to Peñalba de Santiago, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, where we explored its historic Mozarabic church, walked to the Cave of San Genadio, and finished with a toast in an unforgettable tavern. Days later, we arrived in Valladolid and experienced an incredible medieval adventure at "The 4 Kingdoms: The Great Medieval Tournament," complete with knights, combat, and jousting. We experienced this entire journey with Roci and Juan, our lifelong friends and family, traveling through Spain in the Mercho.
