OFF GRID CABIN framing, roof & siding.

In this video, I am finally building the new cabin. We bought this abandoned hunting camp two years ago next month. Our intentions were always to rebuild the existing cabin on the property. We have been up there multiple times to work on the place, but most of it has been egress work. Cutting and clearing some trees that have overgrown the driveway. Raising the driveway in some areas 2 feet because of the mud holes getting into it. We also had to take a couple of trailer loads of trash that was left there to the transfer station and get rid of an old travel trailer that was on site. There was a lot of work to do that. Had nothing to actually do with rebuilding the old cabin. we even had some new friends we met on YouTube come out and interview us about what we were going to do with the old cabin. Afterwards, when I was able to take a good hard look at it I realized we would be better off to build a New cabin and tear the old one down. So that’s what I have decided to do.
