Bundang Central Park Run in Seoul, 19 June 2026

Very cool park to explore including stream crossings, hiking paths, graveyards, a concert pavilion, etc. At the end, I noticed folks walking barefoot on packed clay paths so I checked it out and a couple helpful people talked me through doing the wet mud soak, then stone balls (hurt like heck), then barefoot walking/running on the paths. I saw folks playing badminton and golf, doing group aerobic dance, and using the outdoor exercise equipment.
