CASTELLINI SPA | SOLUTIONS | High Tech Laser Panel Line 12 x 15 The new Panel Line 12x15, developed with @Mariotti, is a 120-meter automatic line for producing 12x15 m ship panels, with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 20 mm. In the video, two of the six stations: OSW – One Side Welding: plates are precisely positioned by stoppers, aligned by thickness units and secured by hydraulic clamps. SAW welding deposits granular flux on both sides. SMW – Stiffeners Mounting & Welding: stiffener profiles are picked up magnetically, locked in place by hydraulic clamps and welded by two Tandem MAG units. Precision, repeatability and continuous production, with reduced manual intervention throughout the entire cycle.
