This barre-infused strength workout combines controlled, intentional movement with a steady flow to help build strength while gently elevating your heart rate—all standing, no jumping, using dumbbells. In this class, we focus on: • Glutes and thighs for lower-body strength • Arms and back for upper-body tone • Core stability and balance • Low-impact, continuous movement for endurance I’m using 3 lb dumbbells today, but anywhere from 2–4 lb (1–2 kg) works great.
