Arnot residents shut down foreign-owned spaza shops
Spaza shops belonging to foreigners have been shut down in Arnot in Mpumalanga after an Ethiopian national allegedly raped a six-year-old girl last week. A councillor in the area tells Mweli Masilela that this is an opportunity for locals to take ownership of these shops. Tune into Newzroom Afrika DStv channel 405 for more.
