How a Hoax on Wikipedia Changed a Country's History
This is my deep dive into how a hoax on a Wikipedia article changed a countries history, altered the perception of a pivotal event, and revived a long-dead medieval forgery for a brand new, digital audience. Despite being only 20 minutes long, this video took me nearly 3 years to make. I wrote the first draft on the 28th of November 2023, the 2nd on the 9th of March 2024, the 3rd and final draft on the 15th of February 2025, and have finally finished this video on the 24th of May 2026. It was intended to be the 24th video on my channel, it is now the 37th. Thank you for sticking around.
