INDONESIAN CLEAR VEGETABLES [ If you like this recipe, please give it a ❤ (Like) ] Recipe by Rudy Choirudin Ingredients 1: • 150 g spinach, washed, the leaves picked, and the young stems cut into 3 cm pieces • 1 corn, cut into rounds, then halved • 1 chayote, cut into even pieces Ingredients 2: • 5 shallots, chopped • 3 cloves garlic, chopped • 2 pieces ginger, halved and bruised • ⅛ tsp pepper powder • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 1 1/2 tsp salt • 1 liter of water Methods: • Bring water to a boil • Add garlic, shallots, and ginger, and cook until done • Add Add salt and sugar, stir until dissolved. • Add corn and cook until ¾ cooked. • Add chayote and cook until tender. • Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well. • Add Ladaku and ground pepper. Stir well, then turn off the heat. • Serve hot.
