An amazingly easy-to-make potato curry with a great aroma! Everybody will love this dish. The ingredients are vegan and the preparation takes less than 20 minutes. We like to let this curry simmer slowly in the oven. For this, we use our roaster from Hoffmann Germany with a diameter of 28 cm, the ideal size for 4 servings. Link to Hoffman Germany: https://hoffmann-germany.de/?ref=lucky Ingredients for 4 people: 800g baby potatoes "Drillinge" 200g chunky tomatoes (½ can) 25g fresh ginger paste 50g fried onions 50g cashew puree 550g warm water Spices (2 dried red chillies) 5 cardamom pods 1 aniseed 2 Indian bay leaves alternatively pinch of cinnamon. ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp.
