SCICLI-CELEBRATA LA FESTA DELLA LIBERAZIONE

Like every year, Scicli celebrated April 25th, a very significant anniversary in Italian history because it commemorates Italy's liberation from Nazi-fascism. This morning, two celebrations took place in two symbolic locations in the historic center: Largo Gramsci and Via F.M. Penna. Two laurel wreaths were laid on the Stele of Italian Unity and the Resistance and on the plaque of the War Memorial.
