Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence, then mix everything well. ♡ Next, add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything properly until combined and the batter is smooth. ♡ Cook on a lightly greased pan over medium-low heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. ♡ Serve warm with butter, fresh fruit, maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
