Finding an affordable 55 and over home is a challenge. In this video I explore the new construction active adult community of The Greens built by JS Hovnanian & Sons builders. This new community is signing contracts now starting at $305,000 at the time of filming for a brand new 2 bed, 2 bath home with a one car garage and a walk up attic. NOTE: The model home featured in the video is not the model for The Greens. It is for the sister community across the street. The Greens model is scheduled to be completed in August of 2022 and I intend to do a video of the model when it opens. The Greens is located across the street from J.S. Hovnanian and Sons Sterling Glen community located in Monroe Township, Williamstown in South Jersey.
