The gentle murmur of the beautiful river, the sound of cicadas, and the rural landscapes. In Gifu, I found the Japanese summer scenery I had always admired. Additionally, I had the opportunity to experience traditional cormorant fishing, a practice that has been going on for over 1300 years. I believe this is an experience I will never forget.
