As the thumbnail says, I am not a sewing channel, but I am a channel about living that Florida lifestyle. It's 100+ degrees today so inside we go. I am self-teaching myself (redundant?) to sew and tried a free pattern from Mood Fabrics and then end on a paid one from ‪@allieolsonsewingpatterns‬ called the Highland Wrap Dress. Her tutorial was super helpful and when I emailed with a question, she emailed me back with a personalized video answering my question!!! That is AMAZING customer service. I also utilized a tutorial from 7 years ago from ‪@whatsshecreating‬ did for sewing a button hole. My borrowed machine doesn't do them automatically and her series on my Brother LX2375 was life saving! (dramatic, but felt that way in the midst of the project) Let me know if you want me to do more detail on my projects, stop sharing them completely, or you're just along for the journey!
