The Morning Journaling Practice That Grounds Me in Clarity, Joy, and Presence
Sharing my journaling practice for setting intentions and creating a life that feels good. Journaling has been such an important part of my morning routine for the past couple of years, and has really helped me to affirm what I want, and begin to create it. Really recognizing that every moment of every day is an opportunity to be walking in the direction that I want to be going. Every time I pick up my journal, I already feel the love and intention in it, and it has become my own personal book of prayers. I’m so happy to share with you today how I’ve created this process for myself. Thank you so much for listening! :) Long Form Writing Newsletter + Substack: https://chelseaputnam.substack.com Instagram: / chelsearoseputnam Website: https://www.chelseaputnam.com ________ What I share: 0:00 Why I Journal 3:26 Consistency & Clarity 4:30 Make your Words a Prayer 6:49 Gratitude 8:22 Reading my Journal 12:22 Thank you!
