Ep 137: Natasha Hall’s Mission to Transform Menstrual Health
Natasha Hall's mission began long before Herplum existed. She started menstruating at age 10 and soon faced irregular periods, abnormal cells, a blocked fallopian tube, surgery, and fibroids. Those experiences forced her to pay attention to her body in a new way. Her late grandmother, a nurse, encouraged her to change her menstrual products and eating habits. That advice became a turning point, leading Natasha to research safer alternatives and eventually create her own reusable pads. What began as self-care became a business built to help other women feel better in their bodies.
