He was among those who were the first to break through to the enemy's territory and storm enemy positions. Village after village, month after month. Soon "Makar" became the commander of the assault group. He still remembers one of the tasks on which he led his guys down to the smallest detail. During the clearing of the settlement, 11 prisoners were taken. Driven into basements, the Russians surrendered and gave information about the location of the personnel and command staff. Then there were battles with North Korean soldiers. According to "Makar", they were well trained and understood the tactics of fighting. One of the shooting contacts took place at a distance of 15 meters. The enemies were able to approach our positions unnoticed, but were discovered and eliminated in time. After a year of service in the brigade "Makar" became a sergeant and now commands an assault detachment. He does not regret his decision to join the army in the slightest.
