Redesigning my Speculative Biology Project: The Tetrox and their World
Farewell, old Tetrox. The Next iteration will carry your legacy. While I call it a "speculative biology" project, I am not actually a biologist, just an artist. As such, the world of the Tetrox won't adhere strictly to scientific principles, but more so use them as an aesthetic. If you want to sink your teeth into more spec-bio artistry, then here's a list of some of the artists who inspired me: Alex Ries (The Birrin Project, Creature Design for Subnautica: Below Zero) Christian Cline (The Teeming Univurse, The Yaetuan Saga) Ripley Cook (The Birg Project) Oliver Gries-Hoffman (The Isla Project) Wayne Barlowe (Expedition) Mœbuis (Somehow inspired every piece of media I love)
