A Vacation? or Our new home? Panama City Day 1
We have watched dozens of videos about moving to Panama, and as we got closer to retirement we'd often find ourselves saying "Well, we can always move to Panama." Don't get me wrong, Randy has had a good career in tech, but the chronic instability of any particular job/company starts to wear on a person. We had reason to worry when we set out on Thanksgiving Day 2024 to see if we really thought we could just move to Panama. Our plan was to spend the first week "living" in Panama City. Randy would work and I'd do the types of things I'd do in Atlanta. This video covers our arrival and initial impressions of our apartment on Avenida Balboa and Casco Viejo. We visit the Museo de Canal and have an enjoyable meal at Lo Que Hay. And we are so very, very hot.
